I follow several blogs daily. Confessions of a Stamping Addict is one of my favorites. Recently, this card was posted by Lorri. The card uses the new "Patio Party" Designer Series Paper and "Make a Cake" stamp set that were free when I signed up as a demonstrator in June. Polka dots and pennants are a great combination.
