Scalloped Tag Punch Again

A few weeks ago, I made several different versions of the Scalloped Tag Punch card. Today's card was very simple because the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper does all of the work.  The flower image from the Happy Watercolor stamp set was stamped in Black Staz'On.  

 The sentiment and a sprinkle of dots were stamped inside the card.  The Daffodil Delight watercolor paper is so beautiful.
