Guest Stamper Something for Baby

I am really excited about sharing a little something special on Mary Fish's blog today. If you have just come over from Stampin' Pretty, thanks so much for taking the time to visit out my blog.  A special thank you to Mary for giving me the opportunity to share my work.  It is always an honor. Mary is the wonderful leader of the Pals and her work is such an inspiration.

Have you seen the 2014-2015 Stampin' Up Catalog yet?  It is chock full of fabulous new products and some old favorites.  Get your list started because beginning at noon on June 2nd you will be able to order your favorites.  If you don't have a demonstrator and need a catalog,  I would be happy to send you one.

Today I want to share a couple of projects which use a few of my NEW favorites.  As a demonstrator, I was able to begin ordering new items on May 1st.  Just one of the demonstrator benefits I enjoy.  My first order included the new Something for Baby Stamp Set and Baby's Firsts Framelits.  Order them as a bundle and get 15% off.

Here is a clean and simple card made using the NEW stamp sets and framelits, NEW Lullaby Designer Series Paper, and other brand new products.  It is chock full of new products: stamp sets, twine, paper, and ink.  I just love the color palette of the Lullaby DSP, especially Coastal Cabana (In Color 2013-2015) and Hello Honey (In Color 2014-2016).
The onesie and tie were stamped and then cut out perfectly by using the coordinating framelits.  Nothing could be easier!  The sentiment is from the NEW Something to Say stamp set.  CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!

My second project is a little bag which will hold a gift card or some sweet treats. It was CASEd from Pootle's, a UK Demonstrator. She has dozens of tutorials for boxes and bags.  This one was made from a 4 1/2" X 6 1/2" sheet of DSP.  These are perfect for the Stampin' Up paperstack.  I plan to post another example later this week, so be sure to come back.

The DSP was scored with the Simply Scored tool at 1", 3", 4", and 6" along the 6 1/2" side.
Turn the DSP to the 4 1/2" side and score at 1".  The topper is a 3" X 2" piece of coordinating cardstock.  Use the Scallop Tag Topper Punch to make this cute closure.  I scored the piece 1 1/4" from the straight edge and added it to the top of the bag with the brand NEW Fast Fuse, which is 6X's stronger than Snail.  It is perfect for 3D items.  You can order yours on June 2nd!  I love it.  I will post additional picture later this week.

The duck was stamped on Whisper White with Hello Honey and cut out using the coordinating framelit. I small clothespin was used to close the bag.  A Designer Pearl adorns the Hello Honey flower punched with the Petite Petal punch.  Today is the last day to get bundle pricing on the Petite Petal set.  So don't miss out-got to my online store now to order yours.
