More Serene Silhouettes and New Release

Here it is, the June release of the Best of 25 Years(133485)!

I have ordered mine and can't wait to use it.  You can get yours by going to my online store now!

Last weekend, I spent some quality stampin' time with friends.  We tried some different stamp sets and some new techniques.  Below are some of the results.

The background started by embossing En Francais in white, stamping the image in Staz'On Black, and using sponge daubers to add Crumb Cake and Pool Party to the entire piece. The Window Frame framelit was used to cut a window in the Very Vanilla card base.  I added stitching with my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker by using the framelit edge as my guide.  The sentiment was stamped in the lower right hand corner.  Then the card front was popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals.

This variation began with En Francais stamped in Crumb Cake, the image was stamped in Black Staz'On.  Crumb Cake was sponged on the entire background.

  1. I really like the first one! The mix of inks makes it stand out. Nice job on the outside stitching too!

  2. Just love these three cards. They have such a 'gentle' look about them and they draw you in if you understand what I mean.
